      Snip Cakes

2 Parsnips

2 Sweet Potatoes

Baby Carrots (handful)

Sea Salt (pinch)

Olive Oil (tablespoon)

Serve with Kale

1)    Steam all veggies until soft.
2)    Mix parsnips, carrots and sweet potatoes in a bowl
3)    Add a little sea salt and olive oil
4)    Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. (I use cupcake pans)
5)    Serve with Kale
