I love Sundays, it’s my spiritual day! I either (physically) attend my local Christian church, NewHope Church in NC or attend online. (Where lots of transformation happens) Then afterwards I always try to go to my local Yoga studio, Hot Yoga RTP-Cary-Morrisville to attend a class, Yin Yoga. (Where lots of transformation happens). Meaning I go to Church twice (2Xs) on Sundays and always come away afresh and anew with new learnings. I fell in love with this little card that was left on my yoga mat today! it was about Honesty:
“Honesty – This heralds a wonderful time of rooting yourself in complete and total honesty. It might seem scary to tell the truth all the time, with everybody – but when you practice radical honesty you can stop hiding and relaxing.
