Uncertainty

What a changing week it’s been. The clocks went back on Sunday, midterms on Tuesday, the market soaring on Wednesday, tumbling on Thursday.

When I am uncertain about our world/country, I walk and walk and take pics and I remember what is important to me:

• Faith
• Family
• Fitness
• Finances

The 4 Fs keep me steady.
