Acting on impulse doesn’t exercise patience it creates consequences for decisions that are not well thought through. All actions have consequences, good or bad. For example, over buying a house can create financial distress; not exercising or eating nourishing food, can create health issues. When you practice patience, you can make good choices and decisions! The impulse or the sense of urgency driving you forward will be dismissed when you view a situation with thoughtfulness and what is best for your life, your love ones and those you influence. Practice patience!
