Setting boundaries for self care. It’s always been hard for me to say NO to others, but this book had some wonderful tips on how to achieve setting boundaries and taking better care of myself. I am still learning to do this, saying no to those people who drain my energy, time and who do not have any of my interests at heart. A few tips follows:

Learn to be more independent when it comes to relationship
Learn to give another the space to long for you
