January 28, 2014 – Snowing / 0.8inches /on our Magical Island

I have never seen snow on our magical island, Bald Head Island, NC, beaches before now.  Good advice from Mr. Pope ” Take a picture because it won’t last. By Thursday, we’ll see highs in the 40’s, and may not see freezing temperatures again until next winter. On Friday, look for a high near 50, and for the weekend – 60’s with plenty of sun.  Go figure!”
