Week Thirty-One

Fit n’ Flabby – F n’ F

Visualizing! Visualizing!  That’s the pic of my body in 12 weeks!  (Wishful thinking!)  Seriously tho I do have a question, can one be fit but flabby?  Yep, that’s me, I think?  Fit n’ Flabby. I’ve tracked over 700 miles in running, so far,  this year (shooting for 1200) but when I look in the mirror my bodes as wobbly as  jello.  Also, what the heck happens in the afternoon of one’s life everything seems to droop?  I should be happy tho, at  least I dont have hairs growing out my ears like some folks.  Please, clip those darn things off!   I couldnt help but get motivated this week after watching those firm, fit, toned, bodies of the athletes of the London Olympic games.  My mind wanders oh, oh, oh, to have a body like Kessy or Ross!  So, I took some action to get that body for life:

1) Got my body fat (27.24%) and BMI 23.4 measured.  Going down!

2) Got weighed 9st 5lbs, blush, blush!  Going down!

3) Joined the gym and got a one hour free session with a personal trainer.  I couldnt walk the day after.  Fit? No!

4) Dumped the processed food.

5)  Started on my soy, Nutrilite, protein drinks, 15 grams, 140 calories.

6) Training for the Ramblin Rose 1/2 marathon in October with two girls friends.

7) Drinking lots of  Perfect Water, loaded with B vitamins

8) Taking lots of Fish Oils

9) Watching the portion control and my worst vice, red wine.

10) But seriously nothing beats two awesome events this week, my son’s birthday, Pop, Bang, Whistle! and my daughter’s wedding dress fitting, absolutely gorgeous!  and I must not forget to send blessings to the lady who designed spankies…!
